Taiko Foods is a leading manufacturer of sushi and food products in the UK, supplying major retailers such as Waitrose, Tesco, and Sainsbury's. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Warehouse Admin to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
