Warehouse Operations Manager

As a Warehouse Team Leader at Taiko, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and monitor the activities of the warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the warehouse team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in accordance with Taiko's quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of their work.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.
