We are looking for a skilled Building Services Technician to join our client's team in Stirling, Scotland. As a Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various building services including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.

You will work closely with the facilities management team to ensure that all equipment and systems are running efficiently and safely. You will also be responsible for conducting routine inspections and tests to identify any potential issues before they become major problems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including new installations, upgrades, and repairs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all work carried out and providing regular updates to the facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair various building services including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify any potential issues
  • Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure smooth operation of all equipment and systems
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
  • Provide regular updates to the facilities management team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a building services role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
