Maintenance Operations Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Stirling, Scotland. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance works on commercial and retail properties.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Driving to client sites to inspect and carry out works
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance works on plumbing, joinery, and any other building issues
- Inspecting problems and working out effective remediation solutions
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Providing detailed reports on issues and planned/carried out corrections
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- A qualification in either Joinery or Plumbing
- Full UK Driving License
- Willingness to travel for work
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary between £33,000 - £35,000 per year
- A company vehicle and fuel card
- A Monday to Friday work schedule with overtime available
- On call working hours available
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around £34,500 per year.
