Post Production Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Producer to join our team at DOMA. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for managing the workflow across various services, including scheduling, budgeting, and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project schedules, quotes, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of post-production services.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support talent scouting and business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and grow our client base.
- Oversee projects up to £50k, covering offline editing, Colour, online editing, VFX, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and mixing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, talent, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Resolve, and Avid workflows is preferred.
- Represent DOMA at industry events and client meetings to promote our services and build relationships.
- Mid-weight experience level, with post-house experience essential.
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong desire to grow and develop within the company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
