Post Production Manager

About the Role
The Post Producer will be responsible for managing productions through the facility, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between internal departments to deliver high-quality feature films and episodic television.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage feature films and episodic television throughout the facility, liaising with clients and teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Understand and manage deliverables, including technical specs, onboarding processes, and QC workflows.
- Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, assisting in the sales process.
- Manage schedules of creatives, operators, and support staff across picture departments.
- Workflow management and presentation of workflows to key clients, including pre-production meetings.
Requirements
- Experience as a Post Producer/Post Production Manager on Studio Level Features and high-end TV Drama.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of feature film and episodic television post production processes and industry standard deliverables.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including outstanding client handling skills and experience in generating new business.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and handle day-to-day client service matters.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, with an eagerness to motivate and get involved.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in difficult situations.
- A logical and fast approach to problem solving.
- Precise attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety, and their impact on staff.
- Understanding of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including Health & Safety guidelines.
