Job Title: Biology Support Assistant

Are you a graduate with a passion for Biology and a desire to make a positive impact on students' academic journeys?

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Biology Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with students to provide personalized support and guidance in Biology, helping them to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in Biology
• Assist students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as ASD, ADHD, and Dyslexia
• Use creative and imaginative approaches to engage students and promote learning
• Report progress to lead teachers and contribute to student development

Requirements:
A 2:1 or 1st Class degree in Biology or a related subject is essential. You should have strong GCSE and A-Level knowledge of the curriculum, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with SEN children and a professional attitude towards work are also crucial.
