Biology Teacher

Role Overview:

A highly motivated and inspirational teacher is sought for the post of Biology Teacher at Austin Fraser. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically leading and delivering the curriculum, working closely with the Head of Department to ensure the highest quality of education for our students.

We are looking for an outstanding educator who has a commitment to education, experience in raising standards, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the wider improvement of the school, work collaboratively with colleagues, and develop both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the biology curriculum.
  2. Assist the Head of Department in strategically leading and delivering the curriculum.
  3. Contribute to the development of the school's overall effectiveness in providing the highest quality of education.
  4. Develop and implement innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
