About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant at Kingfisher Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live happy and healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our residents with their daily activities, such as assisting with personal care, developing individual care plans, and helping with meal choices.
  • Be a trusted friend and advocate for our residents, championing their dignity and independence.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, building relationships with colleagues and residents alike.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a caring nature, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
