About the Role

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the best possible care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting residents with daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans, in collaboration with the care team
  • Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and the care team
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

About You

We are looking for an individual who shares our values of compassion, empathy, and respect for others. You will have a caring nature, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You will also have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience of working within the adult care sector
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a team and take initiative
