As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their dignity and independence, and helping them live happy and healthy lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents with their personal care needs, such as washing and dressing
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident
  • Assisting with meal times and ensuring residents receive the food and drink they need
  • Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Caring and compassionate with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential
