We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Language Educator to join our team at Novus, a leading provider of prison education in the UK. As a Functional Skills English Tutor, you will play a vital role in helping learners unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, learner-focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards.
  • Support learners and colleagues to ensure the best outcome for all.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4 (new standards).
  • Commitment to obtain the relevant outstanding Level 4 (new standards) qualification within a specified timeframe.
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
