  • Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources to engage students and promote language acquisition.
  • **Assessment and Feedback:**
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their language development.
  • Use assessment data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
  • **Classroom Environment:**
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  • Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication among students and colleagues.
  • **Collaboration and Professional Development:**
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in English language education.

Requirements:

  • **Qualifications:**
  • PGCE qualification or equivalent.
  • **Experience:**
  • Previous experience teaching English to students.
  • Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development.
  • **Knowledge and Skills:**
  • Strong knowledge of the English language and literature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Organisational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in education or English teaching.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
