We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Stock Controller to join our team in London. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have excellent analytical skills.

As a Warehouse Stock Controller at Oliver Bonas, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) by conducting regular stock counts and making adjustments as needed. You will also be responsible for producing empty bin reports, checking locations, and performing physical stock and system movements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular stock counts and adjusting the WMS to reflect any variances found
  • Producing empty bin reports and checking locations
  • Performing physical stock and system movements
  • Running stock reports from the WMS (PVX, Futura)
  • Investigating failed actions from pick bins and creating replenishment reports for the Forklift Truck Driver team
  • Liaising with the Goods-In and Accounts team and assisting with stock investigations
  • Updating the customer internal branch transfer (IBT) database on a daily basis
  • Challenging exclusionary behavior and supporting team members

Requirements:

  • Good mathematics and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A Counter balance Forklift and Flexi Truck license would be desirable but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Peoplevox and Futura WMS
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus and diligence
  • Physical fitness, as this role involves walking and lifting

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
