Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Vibright, a leading beverage manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to make a real impact in a dynamic and award-winning business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees to foster trust, openness, and collaboration.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in HR, particularly in Employee Relations and multi-site environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits Package:

  • A competitive salary of up to £45,000 (dependent on experience).
  • A personal bonus of up to 5% of annual salary dependent on personal performance.
  • A company bonus of up to 15% of annual salary based on company performance.
  • A pension scheme with employer match.
  • 25 days' holiday per annum increasing by one day per year following two years' service.
