Client Acquisition Manager

Coburg Banks Technical Careers is seeking a Client Acquisition Manager to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from generating new contacts to aftercare once a package is in place.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and business development.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and stakeholders.
