About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Setup Porter to join our team at Leez Priory LTD. As an Event Setup Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events at our venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Setup: Transport chairs, tables, and other furniture around the venue in readiness for events.
  • Event Preparation: Ensure all areas of the venue are set up in accordance with the Running Order for ceremony, wedding meal, and evening reception in good time on wedding days.
  • Area Setup: Ensure all areas of the venue are set up as per the Sales Managers instructions for showrounds on non-wedding days.
  • Damage Reporting: Inform the relevant Front of House Manager or Venue Manager immediately when you spot any damage on an event day so client can be informed without delay.
  • Additional Duties: Carry out all duties as and when required and requested by the Housekeeping Manager and Venue Manager.
  • Health and Safety: Be aware of health and safety procedures and operate at all times in accordance with your employer's health and safety policies.
  • Guest Requests: Respond to any guest requests politely and efficiently.
