About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at iwocaPay. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with merchants to offer innovative Trade Credit and BNPL solutions, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Mission

As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be on maximising sales opportunities and identifying new ways to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You'll collaborate with the Key Account Team Lead and other stakeholders to ensure our customers' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of merchants' businesses and how iwocaPay can benefit their customers, positioning us as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Lead product pitches and demos to prospective merchants, leveraging your consultative sales skills to match the right product or service to their needs.
  • Assist the Sales Team in converting opportunities and nurturing a portfolio of businesses to drive growth.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Team Lead to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
