Job Title: Academic Director of Quality Excellence

The Study Group is seeking a seasoned academic leader to spearhead the delivery of high-quality education programs at our London campus. As the Academic Director of Quality Excellence, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring academic regulations, providing inspirational leadership to academic teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance student outcomes.

This role involves:

  • Developing and executing strategies to improve learning & teaching practices across the campus
  • Maintaining strong partnerships with university colleagues and Study Group teams to achieve aspirational targets for student progression and contractual obligations
  • Leading curriculum planning and staff resourcing requirements to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Contributing to meetings and forums within the Study Group network to drive innovation and best practices

**Salary Information:** The salary for this role is up to £65,000 per annum.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Doctorate qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Fellowship of AdvanceHE or to be achieved within 12 months of appointment
  • A proven track record of successful academic leadership and management, ideally with experience in an international environment
  • Experience of teaching in UK higher education and leading innovation and change initiatives
