We are seeking a skilled International Sales Manager to join our team at MKJ Ignite, a dynamic and innovative company reshaping the beverage industry through its commitment to sustainability.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead relationships with distributors, build strategic joint business plans, and drive growth across Europe. As International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key international accounts, setting annual sales targets, and creating compelling trade and consumer marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A minimum of 2 years' experience in international sales and strategic acumen with JBP experience are also required.

We offer a competitive salary of £56,000 + 10% bonus, hybrid working arrangements, and a range of benefits including share option scheme, 25 days of annual leave, and Classpass and Headspace subscriptions.
