Wildlife Gardens Project Coordinator
At Kent Wildlife Trust, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to run and develop the Wild About Gardens project. This exciting role will involve the recruitment and management of volunteers, developing groups of wildlife-friendly gardeners and gardens, and providing advice and support to applicants of the Wilder Kent Awards.
About the Role
- Develop and implement the Wild About Gardens project, working closely with the Wilder Engagement Team.
- Recruit and manage a team of volunteers to support the project.
- Provide advice and support to applicants of the Wilder Kent Awards.
- Promote wildlife-friendly gardening throughout Kent, working with local communities and stakeholders.
About You
- You are a highly personable, passionate, and organized individual with a commitment to supporting community-powered change.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
