We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at FI Real Estate Management Ltd. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems to prevent faults and ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report any defects or issues with electrical systems to the line manager.
- Perform reactive repairs to electrical systems as instructed by the administration team.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to industry best practices and regulations.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients' representatives.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that electrical maintenance work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Person Specification:
- A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
- Recognised technical qualifications in electrical maintenance and repair.
- Experience of working with electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.
- Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg.
