Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Wessex Lodge School. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, utilizing your expertise in sensory integration and occupational therapy to make a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Hold an Occupational Therapy caseload alongside other OTs at Wessex Lodge School and associated children's homes
- Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
- Manage a complex caseload and make decisions to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils
- Work independently as agreed under supervision and as part of a multi-professional team
