We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our team at Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust. As a Senior Clinician, you will play a key role in providing high-quality mental health services to children and young people in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members
- Develop and implement treatment plans for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs
- Work closely with schools and other stakeholders to provide mental health support and interventions
- Contribute to the development of our mental health services and ensure they are aligned with best practice and evidence-based interventions
- Provide training and education to staff and other professionals on mental health topics
- Qualified Clinical Psychologist, Systemic Family Therapist, or CBT Therapist
- Appropriate UK registration
- Experience working with children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs
- Experience of clinical supervision and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
