Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop and oversee financial plans, grasp critical influencing factors, and assertively question stakeholders when necessary.

Business Partnership

Foster and sustain connections with management teams, delivering thorough support for the on-trade business alongside crucial analysis.

Expense Management

Thoroughly analyse expense items, pinpointing opportunities and comprehending related risks.

Finance Team Support

Serve as a reliable advisor to the broader finance team, offering suggestions for ongoing improvement and constructive change.

Requirements

  1. Qualifications

Qualified accountant, either newly qualified or with commercial finance experience.

Communication Skills

Strong communicator, experienced in streamlining complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.

Work Arrangements

Hybrid working - two days in the office, three from home.
