We're seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join our team, supporting our On Trade sales teams and working closely with our Senior Finance Business Partner. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial scenarios, forecast outcomes, and identify trends to add significant value to our business.
  • Build and nurture relationships with management teams, providing comprehensive support for the on/off-trade business and essential analysis.
  • Examine cost lines deeply, identifying opportunities and understanding associated risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the wider finance function, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and positive change.
  • Clear and considered communicator, skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and understanding sales functions.
  • Adept at challenging assumptions and influencing at all levels, with a strong track record of explaining business case outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to add value to a business, whether through financial gains or process improvements.
