We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Partner to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting our On Trade sales teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management teams to provide comprehensive financial support and analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and financial models
  • Provide expert financial guidance and advice to the wider finance function
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Desirable experience with SAP or general BI tools
