Higher Level Teaching Assistant - HLTA - Education and Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at GSL Education - Chelmsford. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers and school leaders to contribute to the planning and development of curriculum activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curriculum Delivery: Lead and deliver lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring the continued progress and engagement of students.
  2. Support and Differentiation: Provide targeted support to individuals and groups of students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and school leaders to contribute to the planning and development of curriculum activities.
  4. Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about best practices and educational innovations.
