Ribbons and Reeves is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to take on a rewarding role as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant in Chingford. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development, working closely with teachers to deliver lessons and lead small group interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, taking on an active role in classroom teaching.

  • Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist in the assessment of students, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to their progress reports.
  • Work closely with the teaching team to ensure students reach their full academic potential.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a solid understanding of classroom management and supporting students' learning.
  • HLTA qualification or significant experience in a classroom setting with a desire to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and lead small groups.
  • A passion for education and the commitment to helping students succeed.
