As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to ensure students reach their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, taking on an active role in classroom teaching.

\u2022 Lead small group interventions to boost student progress, particularly for students who need extra help.

\u2022 Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment.

\u2022 Assist in the assessment of students, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to their progress reports.

\u2022 Work closely with the teaching team to ensure students reach their full academic potential.

What We\u2019re Looking For:

\u2022 Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a solid understanding of classroom management and supporting students\u2019 learning.

\u2022 HLTA qualification or significant experience in a classroom setting with a desire to take on additional responsibilities.

\u2022 Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and lead small groups.
