About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing the cleaning rota and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents is always at the forefront of their work. This role requires outstanding awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, as well as infection control. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.

Responsibilities
Manage the cleaning rota to ensure a spotless home for our residents
Ensure the wellbeing of our residents is always in mind
Maintain outstanding awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, as well as infection control
Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise

Experience working in a similar role

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
