**Job Description**

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Head Housekeeper to join our care home team. As a key member of staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the home, leading a team of housekeepers and implementing effective cleaning schedules.

**Key Tasks:**

  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and rotas
  • Source and purchase cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeepers
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations

**Compensation:** £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
