Physiotherapist - Palliative Care Specialist

About the Role
Havens Hospices is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to join our team in providing specialist care and support for people living with incurable conditions.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patient caseloads using evidence-based principles to maintain independence and promote wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
- Prioritise workload and take responsibility for own caseload, with support from senior team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitative palliative care approaches.

Person Specification
- Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy.
- Professional registration as recognised by HCPC.
- Good standard of IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience of managing caseloads and working in at least 2 discrete service areas.
