About the Role

We are seeking a qualified physiotherapist to join our expanding physiotherapy interventions team at Fair Havens Hospice. As a key member of our team, you will work in a community setting, providing rehabilitative palliative care to patients and their families.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage patient caseloads, using evidence-based principles to promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services, ensuring high-quality care and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in palliative care and rehabilitation.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Professional registration as recognized by HCPC.
  • Good standard of IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience of managing caseloads and working in a community setting.
