Job Summary

We are seeking a supportive and experienced Support Worker and Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to a young woman with a brain injury in her family home and within the community.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing full-time support, including light domestic duties and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and leisure activities.
  • Communicating effectively with the client and their family, ensuring their needs are met and supported.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A qualification in care, such as the Care Certificate.
  • Experience working in a community setting and people's own homes.
  • A valid full UK driving license for manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Mature, confident, and professional approach to providing support.
What We Offer

This role includes:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 5.6 weeks paid leave per year.
  • Initial and ongoing training.
