We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Support Worker to join our team at Bluebird Care Sheffield. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to our customers in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

  • Provide personal care duties, including assisting with daily living tasks and promoting customer health and well-being.
  • Administer medication and perform manual handling tasks using equipment where required.
  • Support customers with everyday tasks and complex care needs, requiring 24-hour support.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly salary for this position is £12.10 - £12.30 per hour, dependent on qualifications. We also offer consistent and predictable shifts, double time for work on public holidays, regular opportunities for overtime, and a 30p mileage allowance.

Requirements

  • You should have good problem-solving skills, be caring and considerate, and have the passion to provide exemplary care.
  • Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not essential, as we will provide training and development opportunities for new career entrants.
