About the Job
As a Female Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals to live great lives. Your expertise and care will enable them to make informed choices, build confidence, and develop life skills.

Your duties will involve adapting your support to fit each person's needs and wants daily, encouraging them to participate in activities that bring them joy, and helping them to become as independent as possible. You will also support them in building relationships within their community, connecting with friends and family, and exploring local interests.

This role requires a driver with a full UK manual driving license, willing to drive a mobility vehicle and explore the local area with the gentlemen.
