Design Engineer Assemblies

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer Assemblies to join our team. As a key member of our Wing Plant Engineering Team, you will be responsible for supporting the Wing Component Delivery Teams in delivering high-quality design solutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in design engineering and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leading design investigations, formulating technical solutions, and ensuring that all design, airworthiness, and safety requirements are met.
You will also be responsible for liaising with other functions to ensure a fully integrated design solution and will operate as a lead design engineer, holding design approval signatory for manufacturing non-conformances. Additionally, you will act as a focal point for technical issues and governance, providing guidance and support to engineering team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design investigations and formulate technical solutions for manufacturing non-conformances and design investigations.
- Ensure that all design, airworthiness, and safety requirements are met.
- Liaise with other functions to ensure a fully integrated design solution.
- Operate as a lead design engineer, holding design approval signatory for manufacturing non-conformances.
- Act as a focal point for technical issues and governance, providing guidance and support to engineering team members.
