About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our team as a Pastry Operations Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pastry production, ensuring high-quality dishes, and leading the pastry team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing pastry production to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Developing and implementing new pastry recipes and menus.
  • Leading and motivating the pastry team to achieve high standards.
