Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Early Development service line at HAR Labcorp Early Development Laboratories Limited as a Scientific Expertise and Development Lead.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to develop and implement science and technical skills programs to address Early Development needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with leaders, functional subject matter experts, and outside providers to design and deliver education programs that create a pipeline of individuals with scientific knowledge and skills to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement science and technical skills programs to address Early Development needs.
  • Collaborate with leaders, functional subject matter experts, and outside providers to design and deliver education programs.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for science and technical skills training programs.
  • Provide expert input on science and technical skills training to support the development and execution of the company's strategies.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in life sciences, human resources management, or a relevant learning and development qualification. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in relevant skill-based training roles and a proven track record in relationship building and transparency across all internal and external stakeholders. They will also have in-depth knowledge of the UK science and technical skills development arena, education, and funding systems.
