We are seeking a skilled Catering Support Staff to join our team at beBee Professionals in Derry, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will assist the kitchen staff in delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food to customers with attention to detail and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area environment.
  • Ensure all food items are stored correctly and meet health and safety regulations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, including dishwashers and ovens.
  • Assist with stock control and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Support the kitchen team with food waste management and recycling.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is an advantage.
  • Basic food hygiene knowledge (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
