About the Role

The DN Colleges Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transactional Finance Manager to join its Finance department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Group's ongoing success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all monetary transactions coming in and out of the College Group, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead the sales ledger, credit control, cash/bank transactions, and purchase ledger processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
  • Manage internal controls, cash flow forecasting, and month-end close of ledgers and associated reporting/analysis.
  • Provide financial information to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in managing sales, purchase, and general ledger processes.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and finance software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
