Job Title: Transactional Finance Manager

DN Colleges Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transactional Finance Manager to join its Finance department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all monetary transactions, ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all monetary transactions, including invoicing, sales ledger, credit control, cash/bank transactions, and purchase ledger.
  • Lead and coach a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain solid working relationships with non-financial academic colleagues and other business service colleagues.
  • Provide detailed, high-quality financial information to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to drive process improvements, manage internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in managing sales, purchase, and general ledger processes.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and finance software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and analytical, with a passion for finance and a desire to contribute to the success of DN Colleges Group.
