About the Job:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Professional to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions in Wellingborough. The successful candidate will oversee quality management on site, ensuring compliance with internal standards and ISO 9001/14001 certifications.

  • Develop and implement quality strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality management practices.

As a Senior Quality Professional, you will be responsible for leading quality control, risk assessment, team development, and succession planning. You will also analyse and reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) using Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA).

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a degree and 5+ years of experience in leading quality-focused teams. They should have a strong track record in ISO accreditation, internal audits, and continuous quality improvement methods such as FMEA, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto Analysis.

  • Commercial acumen and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to other locations on short notice.
