Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineering Manager to lead our Service & Quality department in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

About the Role:
As a Senior Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, including primary investigations, corrective action, root cause analysis, reporting and despatch. You will also manage customer complaint investigations through to root cause and prepare suitable technical reports. Your expertise in FMEA, 8D and Root Cause analysis will ensure quality and complaints are supported. Additionally, you will provide technical service support and root cause analysis on a range of sensors, test & measurement equipment, PED related equipment ATEX products.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have engineering management experience with a root cause analysis background. Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Quality Supervisor / Quality Manager / Lead Engineer or similar would be advantageous. We would be particularly interested in speaking with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Process engineers looking to make a move into a management position. You should also possess root cause analysis experience and an engineering qualification, preferably mechanical, electrical or electronic. Commutable to Wellingborough, Northamptonshire is essential.
