The Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a New Business Development Manager. You will identify sales opportunities, develop relationships with new clients, and drive revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the contact centre/customer service market.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key decision-makers to promote our Unified Communications and Contact Centre as a Service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Presentation and negotiation skills are essential to successfully close deals.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in new business development, preferably in the contact centre/customer service industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Unified Communications and Contact Centre as a Service, including Omnichannel communications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per year, based on your experience. If you're passionate about driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
