The Job:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a New Business Development Manager. You will identify sales opportunities, develop relationships with new clients, and drive revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the contact centre/customer service market.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key decision-makers to promote our Unified Communications and Contact Centre as a Service solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills are essential to successfully close deals.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in new business development, preferably in the contact centre/customer service industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Unified Communications and Contact Centre as a Service, including Omnichannel communications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per year, based on your experience. If you're passionate about driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
