Personal Care Specialist

Housing 21 seeks a motivated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care to our residents, promoting their dignity, and respecting their autonomy.
You will work closely with our residents to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans to meet their requirements. Your expertise in personal care will enable you to deliver exceptional support, empowering our residents to live fulfilling lives.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our residents and colleagues. A flexible approach to work and a genuine desire to help others are essential for this role.
In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,959 per annum (based on working 35 hours per week), rising to £12.58 per hour. You will also benefit from a range of impressive benefits, including holiday pay, occupational sick pay, maternity pay, and access to our health cash plan.
