Job Summary

We are looking for a Construction Scheduler to join our team at Cooper Moss Rutland LLP. As a Construction Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and implementing planning strategies to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date project schedules.
  • Collaborating with the Cost and Risk Management teams to ensure alignment of estimates and assumptions.
  • Leading the planning team to deliver high-quality schedule estimates.
  • Identifying and managing key internal and external interfaces.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
