About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join our team in the UK. This key role will involve developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Job Description:

  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using project management software, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for scheduling, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Progress Monitoring and Adjustment: Continuously monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project timelines, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays and ensure project success.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on project status, providing clear and concise insights into project progress.
  • Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the planning process, maintaining the highest level of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Planner or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices, proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).

Compensation and Benefits:
