Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau
  • Coordinating and leading planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors
  • Ensuring that schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering, and construction contractors is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems
  • Implementing Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures
  • Providing interface and quality assurance to project functional groups and contractors regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance

Minimum Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Planner in data centre construction with P6 software/data reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in determining corrective actions or recommendations based on facts and figures and critically evaluating information and data from various sources
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience
